Fun @ Fox Run Park

Today we went to a new park for some family fun! There was a beautiful stream running through the park that we let Pearson put his feet in! He didn't know what to think! It is a beautiful sunny day here today!

We packed a lunch and let Pearson try a peanut butter and jelly sandwich for the first time. He ate it, but seemed a little unsure of it! It is so funny when he is trying new foods he won't pick it up himself to eat it, but will eat it if we put it in his mouth! Too funny!

Thank you Aunt Tammi, Uncle David, Maddie and Mason for all of my new Dallas Cowboys gear!!! I love it and Daddy likes it too! Thank you for spoiling me with new clothes and hats! As it gets colder I will wear the warm hat often!

Here is Pearson and us out for a walk. He is getting more and more independent every day! He refuses to hold our hand on this walk. He is getting so big and cute!

Happy 3rd Year Anniversary to Revelation Church!

Pearson and I went to Estes Park, CO this weekend to celebrate the 3rd year anniversary of Revelation Church. We went to the YMCA of the Rockies. We stayed in a huge cabin that holds 40+ people. Brian had football responsibilities and was not able to join us. So I was a little anxious to go as a single Mommy so far away from my house. But as always, God is good, and everything worked out great! Believe, me I missed my sweet husband, but God showed me I can still take care of my baby and have fun! I was very blessed to have friends who helped me with Pearson when I needed it. And God really touched my heart in special ways while I was there . So I knew I was where I was supposed to be. The beautiful views God gave us while we were there. This double rainbow amazed me! It was so close to our cabin, I almost felt like I could touch it!

Pearson and I played at a park right by our cabin. On Sat. afternoon a friend and I took our babies to downtown Estes Park to stroll through the shops! Tons of fun!

Friday night football!!!

We had a great time at Sand Creek High School's third game! They won again 42 to 12!! Brian is loving coaching and we are loving going to watch him! We bundled up and stayed for the whole game! Our friends Patrick and Sally joined us! Thanks for coming guys!

Pearson is such a trooper! He stays in his stroller the whole game! I am so blessed that he is such a good "stroller baby"!

Baby #2 Doing well!

We are so very blessed that Baby #2 is going good! I had a dr. appt today and heard the heartbeat again(148 beats per minute, that is good). Uneventful appt. as I am going great! We go back on Oct. 6 for an ultrasound and if the baby cooperates we would like to know this time if we are expecting a baby girl or a baby boy. I know you are all shocked, but for practicality reasons we think we would like to know this time. We did find another lifetime bed for baby #2 on craigslist that we are excited about. It is the same bed as Pearson's and I thought it would be really neat if they had matching beds, don't really know why, just thought that would be cool. So as of right now the plan is to move Pearson into our guest room and turn it into his room and we will leave the "nursery" a nursery for the baby. Much love to all on this wonderful Wednesday! We had fun on Monday morning with our friend, Aubrey! They worked on sharing Pearson's toys! Pearson wasn't too keen on this concept yet!

Seeing GG in Colorado!

My Grandmommie is on a bus trip and was coming through Colorado, so we convinced her trip organizer to stop near Colorado Springs so we could see her! We met at a Walmart just a little north of CS. Here is Pearson waiting to see GG. He is so excited he can't contain himself! Just kidding. It was right in the middle of his morning nap time! We turned his car seat around forward last week so I thought I would share that too.

Weekend and Labor Day Fun

We hope everyone had a great and restful Labor Day! We enjoyed free chicken strips at Chick-Fil-A with our football logo shirts on! Thanks, Laurie, for letting me know about this one! We also went to the park for some family fun!

Pearson and I went to Brian's first football game of the season on Friday night! Brian is coaching high school football(a dream come true for him) and he looked so official with a headset on and everything! I took a picture of him but it didn't turn out too good.I'll get another one at another game! I am so proud of my sweetie! We love you and support you, Coach!
